Worm gearboxes

Experience the precision and efficiency of our industrial worm gearboxes!

A worm gearbox consists of a helical worm shaft and a gear wheel, the worm gear.

This enables a particularly high transmission ratio in a small space and is therefore ideal for demanding space conditions.

All worms are made of high-strength, case-hardened alloy steel and are case-hardened,

hardened and stress-relieved. The helical worm gears are made of highly wear-resistant bronze. The hollow output shafts are made of gray cast iron.

From size 25 to 90, the gearboxes are lubricated with synthetic oil and require no maintenance. For this reason, they are also known as lifetime gearboxes

From size 110 to 150, the gearboxes are lubricated with mineral oil and are supplied with the required amount of oil for installation position B3.
