mulco® pre-tension meter for drive belts. The pre-tension meter enables a fully automatic, no-contact, acoustic measurement in order to set the right pre-tension.
Properties:
Taking measurements is easy. The unit measures the frequency of the vibrating belt via microphones and thus allows the right pre-tension to be set. Timing belts, V-belts and V-ribbed belts from a variety of designs can be measured. A wide range of sensor heads are available upon request.
Note:
The right pre-tension of frictional and form-fit belt drives is a requirement for fault-free, long-term functionality of the drive. A range of measuring heads for mulco® CLAVIS are available upon request.
